Chairman’s Report
More new members are needed and there were slight problems with the knock-out singles semi-finals tournament.
Secretary Needed
Weekend away getting less numbers every year. Suggest to make it a day less for the bank holiday period.
Treasures Report
A healthy balance of £1,853 but we had problems with some late payments and in some cases cash being paid on the day of the tournament.
Election of Committee Members
All election of officers remain the same for 2014. A new vice captain Gary Wright was nominated; proposed by C.George and seconded by R.Head.
Handicap Secretary
New points system; 2pts handicap deduction for winning tournament and a point back at the Handicap Secretary discretion.
2014 Subscription Rates
The subscription price remains the same at;
- £30 for new members
- £20 for existing members
- £15 for county members
Extra Cup
Coach & Horses Cup played in October with the Memorial Tournament. Now played in April.
May Day Weekend
Now change to two tournaments; Penbruce and Gordon Wright Masters Friday and Saturday.

Extra £5 per tournament for late payment
