Each year the Adderbury Golf Society has a trip away for a few days around the first weekend in May. Last year the society visited South Wales and the wonderful Celtic Manor Resort. This year sees the society visit the nearby county of Somerset.
There are plans for some members to meet up a day earlier and play a course on Thursday 30t April, but our first competitive get together will be for the Penbruce Trophy at Long Ashton Golf Club near Bristol on Friday 1st May.
Agenda:
- Breakfast at Long Ashton Golf Club, 8:30am
- First tee time at 10:30am – 18 holes of golf
- Travel down to Weston-super-Mare
- 3 course dinner, bed and breakfast at Aosfa hotel
- On Saturday 2nd May, travel to Burham & Berrow Golf Club to play the Gordon Wright Masters
