Matters Arising:  to drop county fees

Chairmans Report:

We had a successful year with members up to 26 golfers.  Big thanks to the tournament secretary with a tight budget.  The weekend away was a success at Weston-Super-Mare.  Possible dates to be put in Adderbury contact for the coming year.  The chairman and web secretary will send all the information out via web, email / text.

Secretary report:

A very successful day for Memorial Cup for Colin George.  Thank you Jim and Jane of Banbury Golf Club.  A big plus for our golfing calendar.
